As a therapist, Ayah believes that every client is their own expert. She is there to offer guidance and help them navigate their journey, much like a compass. To her, therapy is a collaborative effort in which the therapist provides support, acceptance, and a safe, welcoming space where clients can express themselves and be authentic.
In her therapeutic practice, Ayah utilizes a client-centered approach while integrating psychodynamic therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
With a Master’s degree in Mental Health Psychology from the University of Liverpool, Ayah works with clients facing various types of presenting issues. As a certified trauma practitioner, she also specializes in trauma processing.
