Strictly necessary

These keep the site working: your language setting, your cookie choice and security tokens. You can't turn them off.

Analytics

Google Tag Manager loads Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity only if you accept. They show us which pages and features you use.

Advertising measurement

If you choose Accept all, or turn this on below, we use Meta (Meta Platforms) to measure which of our ads work. Google Tag Manager then loads the Meta Pixel. It sets a Meta cookie (_fbp) and sends Meta the pages you visit, a notice when you submit the redeem form, and your IP address and browser details. We also tell Meta from our own servers when you create an account, start a checkout or pay, including the amount and currency. For this we send a scrambled (hashed) version of your email and account ID, your IP address and browser details, and the Meta click ID if you came from a Meta ad. We never send your name, phone number, therapy type, sessions or messages. It works only while analytics is on. You can turn it off on this page or in your account settings in the hub at any time. Anything already sent to Meta cannot be recalled.

How you found us

Whatever you choose, when you go from this site to sign up or redeem a code, the link tells us which ad, campaign or website brought you (for example "Facebook ad, spring campaign") and which page you arrived on, and we keep that with your account. We use it to see which of our campaigns work. Without your consent it is not stored in your browser. If you accept analytics, we also remember it in your browser for up to 30 days, and it then includes ad click IDs (from Meta or Google). We do not send these campaign details to advertising platforms. The one exception is the Meta click ID, which we send to Meta only while advertising measurement is on, as described above.

Third parties

Links to other sites, such as our booking platform, take you to sites that set their own cookies under their own policies.
