Christina is a licensed clinical psychologist and psychotherapist specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), with experience working with adolescents, young adults, and adults. She holds a Master’s degree in Clinical and Pathological Psychology from Université Saint Joseph de Beyrouth, with a focus on CBT.

Christina’s areas of expertise include depression and anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder, anger management, eating disorders, personality disorders, trauma-focused CBT, and psychological assessment and testing. She is dedicated to helping clients empower themselves, build resilience, and achieve their health goals using evidence-based CBT techniques.

Christina aims to create a therapeutic space built on respect, trust, and ethical principles, while being mindful of clients’ diverse life circumstances. Through innovative approaches, she guides individuals on their journey toward inner peace.
