With a Master’s in Psychological Counseling and over 28 years of postgraduate experience, Razan began her counseling journey in 1995. She holds a Certificate of Practice in Professional Psychological Counseling and Psychosocial Support, obtained in 2006. Her expertise spans a wide range of areas, including communication skills (how to interact with oneself and others), NLP, PTSD, stress management, and problem-solving. Her primary therapeutic approach is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

For the past six years, Razan has served as a freelance consultant, collaborating with esteemed global organizations. She has worked across diverse locations, including Jordan, Turkey, Tunisia, Lebanon, and Qatar, where she has facilitated comprehensive training on Mental Health and Psychosocial Support. Her role involves empowering participants to provide effective psychosocial support to vulnerable communities and conducting sessions aimed at enhancing the well-being of individuals and communities in crisis.
