Cynthia offers a safe, collaborative, empathic environment where an individual can deal with life’s challenges including issues of depression, anxiety, grief/loss, health, trauma and abuse, parenting issues, and life transitions. Cynthia helps her clients formulate and work towards their desired goals. Cynthia adopts integrating psychodynamic and CBT therapy in order to help facilitate the therapeutic process and help clients reach their desired ambitions.

Cynthia is a highly experienced therapist and works with people with communication issues, difficulties with making decisions, parenting hardships, relationship conflicts, stress, and with those who have had a history of trauma or difficult experiences.
