Nour Rahal is a psychotherapist with four years of experience, specializing in psychodynamic therapy for children, adolescents, and adults of all genders. She has worked with various nongovernmental organizations for more than four years, primarily based in the Bekaa Governorate. Nour’s areas of expertise include personality disorders, mood disorders, suicidality, and PTSD.
She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from the Lebanese University. Nour has completed training in psychodynamic psychotherapy and continues to enhance her skills through training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). She has a particular passion for personality disorders, forensic psychology, and attachment theory.
As a psychotherapist, Nour aims to help individuals understand their internal challenges, increase their problem-solving capacities, and boost their self-esteem, enabling them to navigate their environment more effectively. She collaborates with clients to create action plans for overcoming issues such as depression and anxiety. Additionally, Nour provides techniques for self-regulation, anger management, and improving interpersonal relationships, enhancing clients’ distress tolerance and overall well-being.
