Get to know me

Nour Rahal is a psychotherapist with four years of experience. Specializing in psychodynamics among children, adolescents, and adults, “men and women.” She has worked with many nongovernmental organizations for more than four years based in the Bekaa Governorate. Nour specializes in personality disorders, mood disorders, suicidality, and PTSD.
Nour received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Master’s in Clinical Psychology from the Lebanese University. She completed her training in psychodynamic psychotherapy and is still working to improve her skills by attending training in Cognitive and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. Nour is particularly passionate about personality disorders, forensic psychology, and attachment.
As a psychotherapist, she aims to help people understand their internal problems, increase people’s capacities to solve their problems, & raise their self-esteem. Thus, they can deal better with their environment.
She helps people do an action plan together to overcome any problem, depression, or anxiety. Also, she helps people self-regulate and manage their anger by providing some techniques for better interpersonal relationships and more distress tolerance.
