Do you experience tension, worry, sadness, or anxiety? Do you now find it more difficult, or are unable to engage in the tasks of everyday life? Do you struggle to deal with obstacles in life? When we are not feeling like ourselves, it can be frustrating to not only experience unpleasant feelings but also find it challenging to relate to individuals in our lives, which makes us feel even more alone and sad. Therapy can be useful in this situation. As your therapist, I will listen to you, try to understand your experience, and support you with tools to help you feel better. I provide individual psychotherapy using a cognitive-behavioral approach in many areas, including depression, anxiety disorders (GAD, Panic Disorder, SAD, & OCD), as well as personality disorders. I carefully tailor sessions to meet the needs of each individual. In addition, I have worked with people of diverse cultures, nationalities and ages, this has aided me to develop excellent interpersonal relationships and communication skills.
