The people I work with, people like you and me, tend to have one thing in common: they are stuck and want to change something in their life. My offer to you is to create those experiences that empower you to be whoever you wish to be, to identify your dream life and to work to make it a reality.
Everyone has difficult moments in life. By creating a safe space, we will explore alternative solutions to problems in which you currently feel stuck. We will work together to get you back on track, living the life you desire. By putting your needs and values first, we will find a way.
In my sessions I use a combination of CBT techniques, Mindfulness Based interventions and Gestalt therapy. The best way to reach your specific needs and goals. My focus is on anxiety, panic, OCD, depression, conflictual relationships, decision making, burnout and trauma.
