Get to know me

Lea is an adolescent and adult’s psychotherapist. She completed her Masters degree at Kingston University, London and her clinical training at the American University of Beirut Medical Center (AUBMC). Lea’s approach to therapy revolves around Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) technique which helps to identify and change underlying thought patterns and behaviors that no longer serve individuals.

Lea currently works mostly with relationship problems, self-esteem, anxiety, and mood disorders.

Lea adopts a compassionate aspect in her practice connecting with the client’s distress and promoting change through action.
