I work with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT-CBT) approach, mixed with principles of Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT).
In my experience, this is the most effective way through which we can make peace with our complexity.

As a native English and Italian speaker, I work in one-to-one sessions, groups and couples.
My area of expertise includes depression, anxiety’s issues, relationships conflicts, career development, panic attacks.
I’m deeply convinced about every client’s uniqueness and, regardless of the symptoms that will be brought into therapy, I believe that we’ll be able to overcome grief.
