As a therapist, Priscella will listen to you, strive to understand your experience, and provide you with tools to help you feel better. She offers individual psychotherapy using a cognitive-behavioral approach, addressing a range of issues, including depression, anxiety disorders (GAD, Panic Disorder, SAD, & OCD), and personality disorders. Sessions are carefully tailored to meet each individual’s unique needs.
In addition, she has worked with people of diverse cultures, nationalities, and ages, which has helped her develop strong interpersonal relationships and communication skills.
